They only have like 10% of their normal SNG's on the list now too. Nothing under $10 either.

A big thanks to everyone who emailed them on what was obviously a known network wide problem so they now have 5000 emails to sift through trying to find anyone who actually has a problem they can help with.

Obviously, some SNG's are having problems.

If you enter one where the table doesn't load and all chip counts show 0, everyone will be refunded the buy-in. Luckily it is messed up for everyone, so it's not like anyone is stealing chips.

Ring games and MTT's are not affected.


Sorry for the inconvenience, and we are working on a fix now. We will most likely take the site down around 7:00am EST to make the repairs, and until then there will be no SNG's.

Doug,
You break 2 weeks of silence for this message, and then a full 8 hours after your suggested timeline there are still no SNGs.

You used to be a shining example of how a poker site should conduct dialog openly with its players, but you're slipping.

Its a real shame.
