FT sng problems, anyone else?

I just registered for a $55 and $220 sng, and they just started, but the players, chip stacks, etc. don't appear at the tables. In the lobby, it shows the chip stack for everyone at $0, but the blinds are moving up. Anyone else????

and how is FT with refunds?

I recommend to anyone this is happening to to jot down the tourney # and buyin so that they have proof of this for FT when they email them
