Villian is 24/11/3, only history is i c/r him on monotone flop after calling his pfr in the bb, he called, checked behind blank turn, and bet big on blank river. Also he 3 bet me before, insta checked behind like he did here on Q high dry flop then fired turn when i checked again and i folded.

the call preflop is fine when you are deep. I would check river and call a small bet.

I might bet the river for value v A high, folding to a raise (small bet obv)

I like bet fold on the river. You get called by an ace sometimes and might even fold a better hand. You can also use it as a blocking bet against a better hand.
