Default B&M in Bellingham

Has anyone played live in Bellingham, WA, recently? The Seattle Area Poker forums describe one fullfledged poker room (the Slo Pitch) and two bars that spread tournaments, but the info looks to be close to a year old.

Any recent word on what games are being spread, and, in particular, how much of the day the games are going? (I'm going to be there for a few days for some business later this month - but tending to be working in the evening, and playing either early afternoon or late at night.)

I live in Bellingham. The Slo Pitch only spreads limit. 3/6 and 4/8 are going nearly 24/7. They get a 6/12 game going on Saturday nights. Also, they have a spread limit game 5-25 (might be 5-40 now with the new class II regs as of last Monday) on Sundays.

I don't play limit, so I usually just make the 20 min drive out to the Nooksack Casino in Deming. They have 2/4 NL w/ $50-$200 buy-in on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, and they have a 1/2 NL w/ $50-$100 buy-in on Mondays.

Thanks for the information. I will keep both the Nooksack and Slo Pitch in mind. Commuting across the border twice a day for poker would be a bit more trouble than I'd care to go to.

I mostly play limit myself, so will be happy to see another poster leap in with details about how good the limit games have been lately.

I go to school at WWU and I play NL as opposed to Limit. With that being said I used to be a limit player and the games at the Pitch are your typical no foldem holdem. I haven't played there in a while but don't think that the quality of the games have improved much. I gather this from the fact that some of the Pitch regulars also go to the Nook and play in the games their and by no means are those games tough.
