Hi,
I'm using FPHG 2.0.9 and iWitness to collect HH from PartyPoker (WinXP SP1). I have the problem that after some time (sometimes minutes, sometimes hours), PartyPoker hangs and I have to restart it completely.

Has anyone had similar problems ?

Ive just installed your software,which is saving the HH's fine, but I have two problems that I was hoping you could help me with? Firstly, how do I get the HH files into my pokertracker? After I have datamined do I just copy and paste them into the partpoker HH file?

Secondly, when I tried to do this my poker tracker said 'Import Finished - 6 file(s) read - 0 new hand(s) were imported'

So its locating the files but not finding the hands?? Any help would be great, thanks!

Sorry for the slow reply - I seem to have missed this post, possibly because I was away or possibly because of the "timewarp" over Easter.

Nobody else has reported FPHG causing Party to crash, but Party does seem to be running much worse recently for me. I've tested with and without FPHG, and it wasn't FPHG causing the slowdowns/lag as far as I can tell.

Basically it comes down to either making a "fake" executable to trick PT into importing the ".hhf" files or saving the files as ".txt" instead:

Try searching for posts within the Software forum which contain: "0 new hand(s) were imported", "pokernow.exe" or "Intertopspoker.exe" (within the last year) and you'll find several solutions outlined. I also made a special thread for "PokerTracker related problems" and most likely the same problem is covered in their too.

I tested SpadeEye to see if it also hangs PartyPoker.
SpadeEye runs fine for days, but uses much more CPU time.
I also noticed that internally SpadeEye seems to use FPHG !!??
Did you know that? Do you have any connections to the SpadeEye authors (I'm just curious) ?

I'm not sure what could be causing it then, as I've not had any problems other than the Party client just running badly on it's own and so far nobody else has reported any problems with FPHG. I've been running the latest version perhaps 10 hours a day and the only problems I've had are from SafeMine messing up and not closing the tables for me.

If it only started happening with v2.09 then the changes made in v2.09 were only very minor and were to convert the accented Unicode chars better.

What are the complications (if any) about leaving it on whilst i sleep?

Is there anything i should know about it before using?

I re-installed my computer recently, and after that i have not been able to use the betpot.ahk script on Party. I know i must run FreePHG in order to get betpot to work on party. But now it only complains that "handhistory for game XXXXXX can't be found" but then i look in the FreePHG_c:\HandHistories directory i can find files.. Any clue what i'm doing wrong?

Try posting in the BetPot thread as if FPHG is saving the files then it doesn't sound like a FPHG problem.
