can anyone help me how do i get my HH from a tourney i played in? i want to be able to save it and go over it myself.

on pokerstars go to Requests -> Hand History and they will e-mail them to you.

However, you can also have them save it to your hard drive under Options -> Instant Hand History Options

That said, simply looking at a hand history might be useful but if you purchased a progam like Poker Tracker you would probably be able to conduct a better analysis
