So after I started the game, I got a call asking me to run to the other side of the farm and pick up a pickup truck and drive it back here.
When I got back it was almost nightfall and I was wondering why soah wasn't on my list. There wasn't an IN in the second signup thread, just a bunch of what happened to soah? and wtf? And Lastchances list was also 11 people, he had just left himself off of it. But I didn't double check to make sure, and I copied the list I made to rand the roles, and then used LC's list at the start of the game. So now we have 12 people.
9-2-1 seemed imbalanced, but well if I had waited to think it through, with an angel it isn't too bad. So I talked to Dustin about taking a second night kill. I should have offered dmk a second protection.

I think that a 9-2-1 would work pretty well if the angel hasn't saved someone, then in the round of six, do a no lynch and give the wolves a second kill.
Also, the way the angel works could be better. Perhaps a full protect, and the person protected the previous night is 50%, and you have to wait two nights to reprotect. A-B-C-A, instead of A-B-A.
