i shove here..

why is it a fold?...

The chart referred to earlier uses a formula to calculate how the pushing hand will fare against specific ranges of all the hands to follow. It then determines if the outcome is positive or negative in chip value over the course of all possibilities. See FAQ for full explanation.

It's generally agreed that you try to play the push hands for +EV, and not play hands with -EV.

The chart said this was -EV, so it's a fold.

ok i know whats -ev and ev+
..but you have to get lucky at this point and the blinds are about to hit you and you have litteraly no FE anyways, so WHY wait for the blinds when you clearly have to shove anyways in the blinds and you can scoop up more money here if you get a lucky fold around

I'd jam. People call too tight and even if it's marginally -cEV I think it's fine to try to keep a stack big enough to have FE on future pushes.

the real question is how did you get this low in the first place?

No it's not. Sometimes you just get low, and there is nothing you can do. Obviously he'd prefer not to be so low, but it happened and now he wants to know what to do this hand.

I would push, because you have to pay the blinds the next hand. Is this not a sufficient reason to go against the pushing chart?

Generally, you'll have FE if you have 5 BBs or more. If the blinds go through you, you're left with 6 BBs here. The looseness of the table would dictate a push or fold here I think, it's close.
