I'm just getting over the same thing, got it Thursday. It's funny how it comes on and in like a few minutes you all of a sudden feel like [censored]. Mine was weak though bc I got the vaccine, although I still got it which is weird. Take ibuprofen, not acetaminophen. It's much more potent for the sucky chills, body aches, and fever. Good luck.

Well Day 4 and still no relief. I just took double the flu medication that was recommended and will go pass out in bed for the next 12 hours. Luckily I haven't had a fever - I've only experienced the terrible headaches, fatigue, chills, body aches, nasal congestion, and dark yellow nasal discharge.
