Your morale officer has officially lost confidence in his LHE ring skills. After enduring a super slump like the one from a few months ago, I get red flags and alarms going off as soon as I get a significant slump. Sure there's variance, but that's just a word right now. I usually can tell if it was bad play or bad luck. Tonight I'm not sure. Something must be done.

On a different note, I am winning my SnGs so consistently I'm thinking about moving up again.

weekends arrrreeeee awesome. However a little disappointed that prima doesn't have anything higher than 10/20 running, and even then only 1 table of that.

I'm doing some meditating on what the differences are between tournies and ring games, my play in each of them, the big huge metagame that is all of poker, and just why my SNG play does the job well while my ring game is clearly off. I have located some ring leaks. Progress is good.

sometimes if your cursor wanders over a flash ad, flash will seize your keyboard. clicking somewhere in the rest of the document or hitting TAB a few times will usually free it.

alternately, it's because there are some EU regulatory laws about what your cursor keys can and cannot do.

Here's a new one:

I have an encrypted partition on my HD, using TrueCrypt (so, two partitions, the one is completely encrypted; windows reports an unformatted drive there - just as it should). Once mounted, that drive behaves like a normal HD - I can defrag it etc. etc. etc.

Whenever I try to mount that using the correct pw, my computer crashes (I get a bluescreen). I guess it's getting stuck trying to decode the header block or something.

However, if I try to mount it using a wrong pw, getting an error message (naturally) and THEN try mounting it with the correct pw, everythings works out.

Any ideas?
