Harrington on Hold'em I & II
Yes, they are for tournaments. But the early stages of a large MTT, where the stacks are still large in relation to the blinds, play exactly like a cash game. No Limit Hold'em: Theory & Practice also has an excelent section on pre-flop stratagy. |
