Am I weak? Review of a couple of hands

I've resolved to start being more active in these forums instead of occasionally lurking the past year or so, so here goes.

I had no read on villain. Definitely new to me. I'm pretty certain I'm beat on river, just not sure how to react to his flop play. This hand was 4-5 days ago, so I don't remember if there was any noteable timing issues. Just not sure when I should be 3 betting spots like these. If I 3 bet, I allow him to play perfectly, but do I fold if he shoves. His turn bet was so weak too.

I need help coming up with a range for villain. He is 37/12/1. Not sure what I should have done. I'm not certain if calling here is bad or not. I really thought a RR would be far better.

Hand 1, always an annoying spot and feels awkward, but you played it how I would.

Hand 2, I would always c-bet this flop, because 1) His calling range is pretty wide, and contains alot of small pairs/suited connectors that completly missed, 2) if you bet the flop and he calls, and you pick up a draw, you will usually get a free turn card.

As played.. I guess I check the river. My bluffs always get called here.
