Default $0.50 / $1NL Home game hand with 3rd nuts on river

Home game, 5-handed, VILLAIN is a very good, tricky player who knows my game pretty well and has bluffed me several times throughout the night. Also, he has no physical tells that I have come across.

Blinds $0.50/$1, I am in the CO with 6 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]7 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
UTG limps, I limp, VILLAIN limps on Button, SB completes, BB checks
POT: $5

flop is 10 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]8 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]5 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
Everyone checks
POT: $5

Turn is 4 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
Checked to me & I bet $4 - VILLAIN calls quickly and I put him on two-pair or better because he is in position on the turn and he likes to slow play. Everyone else folds.
POT: $13

River is J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
BOARD: 10 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]8 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]5 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]4 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

I over-bet $20 because the rainbow board has not paired and i can beat any 2-pair and set (my initial read) and will get paid off nicely BUT...

VILLAIN raises to $100!

What do I do?
