Re: NO Explode alternatives
Gaspari Superpump 250 for another nox supplement. I have a friend that swears by it. If you are worried about side effects turn away from thermogenics like some people suggested.

I take Natures Bounty Omega-3 Fish oil 1000mg, 2 a day [/ QUOTE ] Ok - but what does fish oil do, in terms of gaining muscle? I know Omega oils are good for a "healthy heart". |

[ QUOTE ] Betagen, and myoplex lite work wonders for me [/ QUOTE ] what is betagen? [/ QUOTE ] Betagen is Phosphagen, creatine and HMB suppplement by EAS. Basically a pumped up, low carb creatine with more Glutamine. It gives you that great pump that your looking for but has hardly any sugar in it so you dont get chubby. If you mix these two together and work out hard you will get swollen in about 3 weeks. Cheap like 30 bucks for a 6 weeks supply. |

Re: NO Explode alternatives
Thermogenics (at least most) don't hardly do anything for "the pump" so they shouldn't be reccommended as an alternative...at all.
A lot of misinformation/myths here so far. Some of these supplements might have something to them, some might not. A lot of research hasn't really been looked at with NO supplements. I wouldn't worry about taking them unless you have the money. I would also consider taking an anti-oxidant with your NO supplements. Glutathione is the body's main natural antioxidant, and its reserves appear to be depleted for NO production and nitrate disposal. It is theorized that as glutathione reserves drop, as does the body's ability to create NO. Not only this, but exercise increases free radical activity. A great way to increase vasodilation? Take a high carb/amino acid drink to the gym. Insulin increases vasodilation, numerous studies have shown this. |
