Joker in Hold\'Em
Just wondering if anyone has done a mathematical analysis of adding 1 joker to the deck in Holdem, where the joker can be any card in the deck (but cannot make non-holdem hands like 5 of a kind). This is obviously for home games, but I'm mainly interested in how much more powerful it is to have one joker in your hand.
eg AA vs Joker K, how much of a dog is it? |

Re: Joker in Hold\'Em
I have seen this in home games where the joker can not be on the board, is that the case here?

Not sure. Never done it before, but that seems like a good rule.

Re: Joker in Hold\'Em
so the joker is wild? or is it only an ace or a card that fills a pat hand?

Re: Joker in Hold\'Em
i believe him saying "it can be any card in the deck" and "wild card" would be the same thing.
also, i only got here cause i thought i was clicking bbv4l. |

Re: Joker in Hold\'Em
it can be any card in the deck.
Can anyone link to any of the mathematics of adding one joker to the deck? |
