Fondue is one of those you like it or you hate it things, kinda risky.

[/ QUOTE ]

How does one not like bread and melted cheese?

[/ QUOTE ]

Or meat cooked in oil?

I don't see how fondue is any more "risky" than anything else suggested in this thread.

Make sure to do both though, I would go hungry if it was melted cheese...you probably wouldnt eat if it was oil and steak. Of course, you could go the safest route and do chocolate and strawberries/fruit etc, op.

You youngsters aren't aware of how hugely in fashion fondue was, then how out of fashion it became. Like bowling.

Salmon is a great choice, here's a recipe that's super easy, and will make you look great.

Cut into filets, or just buy them that way.
Put them on aluminium foil, curling up the sides around each filet.
Sprinkle some minced garlic over the filets.
Squeeze a lemon over each of the filets, make sure to remove any seeds that fall out.
Coat heavily with Old Bay seasoning, when filets are covered, use more.

Grill or bake until the salmon starts sweating, and is flakey when poked with a fork.

Im from St. Louis, and I think I make perfect steaks. It takes about 3 minutes to figure out what temp to get the grill at, figure out how you want it cooked, and how thick the steak is, and too cook it the appropriate amount of time. If you cant figure that stuff out, put the steak on teh grill, cook, flip once, than finish cooking, god have mercy on your below average IQ.

FYP. With all due respect guids, you're a steak n00b (or you've done it a hundred times and forgotten). If you think it's easy, and takes no effort, your steaks probably suck ass. Let me guess, you use a gas grill, too, right?

I grew up in teh restaurant industry, I am friends with 5 star chefs that make more money than your whole family. go [censored] yourself.

Ps Ive probably cooked more steaks in a professional kitchen than youve done on your weber.
