Party Poker deposit problem UK

I recently deposited for this months reload of $334, and Party took nearly double this amount from my account it showed up as $670 in my transaction history at Neteller but when I looked at my balance it was $659 a discrepancy of over $10 - which is nothing really - but what as got me really steamed with these [censored] idiots is after sending them loads of proof ie a screen shot of my Neteller account they come back and say that 'oh its Neteller's fault they charge you for transferring money to us - since [censored] when did that happen - so I get this 'Clarified' with live support and they said that they dont charge you, so I send Party another screen shot of the live chat transcript to which there reply is this:

This is with regard to the deposit which you have initiated on your
account via Neteller. Please note, the default currency for a UK
player's is GBP,we have noticed that you have not changed the currency
the from GBP to USD while initiating the deposit, therefore 334.00 GBP(
659.18 USD) was credited to your PartyAccount.

Well this as never happened before so why would I even know to change that to USD you muppets. Basically I already know the answer to my question I think this stems from there mutli language platform and that discrepancy as been lost to Party's exchange rate.

Anyway sorry for the little rant as anyone else experienced this problem?.
