Default VPIP, Cold Call%, etc. in MTT\'s

I have a couple of questions. However, the later questions depend on the initial questions.

1. Does VPIP, PFRaise%, Cold Call%, etc. do they mean much for MTT's? I know that you can get these from pokertracker when playing ring, but are these accurate measurements of how a player plays during MTT's?

2. If so, what are some of the more important stats?

3. To continue, how would you play against this player:
VPIP 37.2/PFRaise% 11.6/PostFlopAgg 1.2/Cold Call%40/
Went to Showdown if Flop Seen% 50/Showdown Win% 44.4

And, he pretty much never folds his blinds it seems.

Thanks!
