You have to bet the flop here and not risk CO checking behind you and giving a free card to everyone.

Other than that it's fine.

This isn't awful. As played, your turn raise was fine. You absolutely can't just check/call a drawy flop like this, though. I prefer just betting out here to the c/r.

I would bet about $8 on flop into raiser. As played, check shove on the turn is OK.

If you know CO is a maniac who is going to bet for you I don't mind check raising the flop. But you have to raise him and get as much money in on the flop as possible. Too many turn cards kill your action.

3-bet PF.

Either CR flop or lead flop, like everyone else said c/c flop is very bad.

These are not a maniac's stats though. He is wild before the flop, but his 2.5 AF doesn't make him that crazy post flop. I think you need to bet the flop.

Isn't this relative, though? Him raising/betting 2.5 times more than he calls with 60% of his hands is very different from a guy who does this with 15% of his hands.

Check-raise flop. I don't hate the check-call on this board against certain types of opponents, who will read your hand well. You risk a dangerous card and then they don't believe you have the set. This guy doesn't sound like he fits that profile.

I'd still like to see that number up to 4 before I really consider him a "maniac" but it's hard to out put a number on something like that. He certainly is aggressive though.
