it may have to do with the racial tension in australia. there was a riot-like incident in which white australians started to lash out at the lebanese expats.

comments like this show complete insensitivity. you and mike l almost make it seem that these threats just come with the territory of wealth and fame. him getting threats is no laughing matter.

Greg definately had someone come up to him at the WSOP the year after asking 'odd' questions about his family. Plus he was almost kidnapped at gunpoint.

Then their is Gold, who started recieving death threats a few days before he even won the WSOP event.

Apart from that i cant think of anything released, but it wouldnt shock me at all if they get similar threats.

I have no real knowledge of Australia or its racial tensions, but ive never got how they are so restrictive on immigration (and especially Asylum seekers) - same goes with the US i guess. I mean those are countries where 99.9% of the populations ancestors lived somewhere else in the world like 10 generations ago.
