How about "Can you please not look at my cards?"

That would be a normal human non-nit response. Totally Unacceptable.

3. In many cases, dealers are allowed to play in the games they deal. A dealer who repeatedly looks at a player's hand is getting information about how that person plays that they should not be getting

Indeed, this is the biggest source of unease I felt in reading the OP. If you knew the dealer never played in the game, it becomes less disturbing.

Something like this happened last weekend at a Foxwoods NL game I was in. I had red AA in SB. There was a raise in EP, one cold caller, folds to me and I pop it up again. Both call.

Flop is AT9, two diamonds. I bet, original raiser tanks for what seems like forever then calls, other player folds. Turn was a rag of a 3rd suit. I bet again. He tanks again, then folds.

Dealer goes "I gotta see what he had!" and looks at the guys cards. I was sitting left of the dealer, so I and the guy to my left ended up seeing the cards (he didn't even try to hide them as he looked). He had KQo.

I have had a dealer look at my cards after I folded before the flop.

I remember mucking an A10o UTG in a loose wild 3/6 game and the dealer actually asked my why I didnt play that hand. I didnt tell him, but someone asked after the hand and the dealer told him that it was A10.

I didnt tip that dealer for awhile after that. I think thats what people should do with these bad dealers. Why support them if they suck?
