Default Playin TT from early position with Avg Stack

Stars 100k guaranteed daily,
my stack size 3400, avg stack around 3k
villians stack 5500
blind 50 / 100

I havnt been involved much, and villian seems somewhat active, have seem try to steal many blinds.

i get TT UTG...i decide to limp with the intention of calling a moderate raise. anyway, I limp and 3 players after me all limp.
Villian is on cutoff and raises to 800.

Action to me??

I don't love the UTG limp. I think raising to like t250-t350 whatever is your standard raise is better. I know it doesn't go easy from there either, but I think that's better.

As played, tough spot. The best line I can come up with is calling and CRAI on decent flops.

I don't know, folding this just seems weak.

I think raising definetly has advantages since if I raised and got re-raised I could easily let the hand go, considering I am raising UTG somebody reraising me should probably be given credit for a hand....I think in this situation the villian in late position is trying a squeeze play much more often than not with a marginal holding, especially considering 5 limps. I ended up pushing, is this bad considering situation and stacks?

I don't know... the push isn't a horrible play, I can tell you that.

I don't agree that CO is likely to be pulling a squeeze though, I need a read before I assume that. People raising over limpers is usually a reasonable hand. I think villain has a range somewhat along the lines of 88+, Aj+, ATs+, KQ+.. you can maybe tighten it up a little bit to something like 99+, AQ+, AJs+.. depends. I'm not really so sure about this hand dude, I'm sure other posters will have more insightful thoughts later. Listen a little more to those.

Given the read, I think you have to push.

Here's a TT UTG hand Sklansky posted that has a different effective stack size but discusses some of the relevant factors to consider.
