When you take a break from poker if you are on downswing, you are relaxing by watching HSP,WSOP, WPT etc ,reading NVG and BBV and playing live with your poker buddies for small stakes.
You go swimming, and while you do laps you think about the hands from last night and when you are resting, you are reading some new poker book you just got from the FPP store.
Also, aba released a new cardrunners video, so you have to watch that as well.

And for laughs you just rewatch that TonyG - Ralph Perry video, while saying all the lines with him, like "Can you feel my power, baby?".Or watch any of the classic Hellmuth tantrums.

So after a week of "taking a break from poker" you are all rested and ready to grind again.
