Default Flopped a set on 2 diamond board -- raise or smooth-call?

No stats on villain but I get a fishy vibe.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

MP ($34.35)
Button ($2.70)
SB ($16.70)
Hero ($30.85)
UTG ($24.10)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
<font color="#CC3333">UTG raises to $1</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, Button calls $1, SB calls $0.90, Hero calls $0.75.

Flop: ($4) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets $1.25</font>, Hero calls $1.25, UTG folds, Button folds.

Turn: ($6.50) 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets $14.45 (All-In)</font>, Hero calls $14.45.

River: ($35.40) 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players, 1 all-in)</font>

Final Pot: $35.40

you should be raising the flop hoping he has hit the queen... it also increases the size of the pot making it harder to get away from his hand against your set...
smooth calling is also bad because you have two people behind you who could easily have flush draws...

Flop call makes baby jesus cry. Raise it up if he has a Q if he calls and you want to charge draws

I actually like the flop call here, when there are two very low cards and one high card, I don't mind calling my set
