I probably play it the same way. Of course, I feel sick when I see a slowplayed set at showdown.

id bet more on the turn ~20 and insta call a shove, and then get it in on the river if he cold calls again. as for checking the turn i might check in position but oop i dont want to check, as donking the river will look suspicious

Ugly spot. It is a multi-way pot though, so I think you can get away with a cbet of $5.50 or $6. I think checking the turn is missing value, in most cases, so I'm betting the turn 2/3-3/4 of the pot and going from there. If he calls me, I'm strongly considering check/calling river on a non-threatening card, or check/folding if I think he has somehow improved.

I don't know if this is right. Somebody please correct me if it's not, as one of my bigger leaks is playing monsters with these idiots flat calling every street with garbage OOP.

I dont think there is a point in checking river here at all. Either one he has a worse hand and checks behind and we miss value, or two he has a stronger hand he bets we call and lose $ nehow. The only hands beating us are 77,TT,JJ,55. The cold calls preflop could suggest a pp such as 7s but I am going broke here 100% of time if he has the 7.

I agree. I had a weird ass hand play out almost the same exact way last night and bet the river, only to be shown turned/rivered two pair and it skewed my thinking a bit.

I dont like the river blocking bet, its to small to block anything, your decisions are value bet or check-call, I dont really like the check call as there isnt enough missed draws to make a high likely hood of a bluff. You cant block here so how much to bet is a matter of value, I think you can get a lot more value than 1/4 pot here, I'd go closer to 1/2 pot, but a slightly bigger bet on the turn could leave you value pushing the river

You look 100% beat. I fold the river.

Tough ass hand to play though. Wtf is up with this non-stop cold calling. I'd go for a river blocker too, I guess, but block more. If he raises it you know you're beat.
