Default Raising A-J- What to do when you hit and might be behind?

This villain is 22/7/1.4 and I haven't seen him get out of line. What do you guys do when you have what you are representing but you're not sure it's any good- ie, the only thing calling me on this dry, dry flop that I can beat is Ace-Really Bad. I check the turn and hopefully call the induced bluff? What do you guys do in these situations, they come up quite a bit if you're aggressive with late position raises (ie- K-J, K-Q, Q-J). Try to get to showdown cheap?
