Yeah, it looks like villain is making a couple pathetic blocking bets to draw cheaply. Make him pay.

Raise to $2.25 on the flop. That will leave you about a psb for the turn.

A pot sized raise on the flop would be $2.1. Apot sized bet on the turn would be around $4-5, which leaves you with about $1-2 behind, so you could push turn.

As played on flop, do you think a turn shove/overbet is good?

I had $6.80 and the pot was $4.10 after the weak $.40 lead by villain.

I think the important thing to consider is if you DO NOT push, how much are you going to have left to bet on the river. If you are left with &lt; 1/3 pot, then just push. Villian is not folding river for &lt; 1/3 pot if he calls your turn raise.
