As far as I know that notice is not new, people are just idiots (no offense) I got a credit report off there like 3 years ago and it definitely clearly said that you had to cancel within like 30 days to not get charged. That said, you probably won't get your $12.95/month back without a lot of work but you can easily get your overdraft fees back from your bank if you just go in there and explain to them the situation and act stupid. Also, here's a free credit report for you--you're 18, you have no credit.

Yeah My mom one day decided to pull my credit and then told me she goofed and they were charging her and I flipped the hell out on because she gave my personal credit information to someone without understanding fully the use of it.
