Default Opinions Needed

Ok guys, tell me where the big mistake is in this hand:

Cash Game 25-50 cent blinds, stacks average around 40 bucks

UTG Raises up to 2 dollars with AA, UTG+1 smooth calls with QQ, folds around to SB who reraises to 6 with 77, UTG and UTG+1 Smooth call. flop comes 4s-5d-7h SB pushes all in for a bout 35 (more then what both other players had). AA instacalls, QQ mucks. The set held up.

Now my question is, what is the worst part about this hand, was it the smooth call by QQ UTG+1, the over bet by the set on the flop or the smooth call with AA? let me know, thanks

extremely tough to tell with no reads and no stack sizes but id say the intial smooth call by utg. that is damn awfull in almost n e situation. (at least he didnt stack off on the flop tho )

the other 2 things that u quote as a mistake dont seem that bad given the right situation and reads and stack sizes

The big mistake? I count 6 huge mistakes total, and that's impressive for just two short sentences. The biggest mistake is either the initial smooth call with QQ, or the tiny SB reraise with 77. Leaning towards the latter.

i didnt really give enuff info on the stack sizes, the "tiny" reraise by 77 was about 20% of the other two stacks (they were sitting on something between 17-25 dollars)

QQ's smoothcall on flop is pretty bad! Folding flop is good.

aces call OBV with all the dead money in the pot preflop. just shove preflop and pick up the money or get it all in as a huge favorite LDO
