Well at least Imus gave the race pimps like Sharpton and Jackson something to do for a while. I was watching the Rutgers press conference just now, and they acted like it was the worst thing to happen to race relations since the Rodney King beating. If something that some old fart on the radio says offends and/or hurts your self-esteem, then you need help. Get over it! Let the listeners decide what happens to his show. The show is on MSNBC so not too many people could be watching it anyways, and I know no one that listens to it on the radio.

Having gone to Rutgers, I don't find this surprising at all.

I suppose you've done research into those numbers instead of just pulling them out of your butt?

yes, this is interesting because the imus show is supposed to be politically incorrect right? doesn't howard stern say similar things?

i heard imus say that black men call black women "hoes" all the time. was it just the nappy headed part that was offensive?

anyway, if people don't like imus, they will not listen, but i bet his ratings go up after this at least for a while.
