Either fold/limp pf, I don't like raising 88 UTG here. If I raised here, I'd fold to the rr.

As played, only thing left to do is push flop.

Yeah, I completley agree with this. I'm usually raising here with TT+/AQ+, and I don't think ever worse. I think in game I'd limp 88.

I'd fold this.
If you have to raise, raise less to 150.
Fold to his re-raise.

I'd limp w/ eights here UTG.

As played I'd fold or push to the re-raise very much dependant on reads (i'd only consider shoving cos UTG+1 has provided some pretty good overlay but as I said really depends how wide these guys ranges are etc...) default is defiantely to fold to re-raise, but I'd never call. It's too much of your stack to hope for an 8 or an undercard flop in which you're still probably creamed.

Playing pocket pairs at 25/50 is one of the more difficult parts of SNGs. At your limits, limping is certainly the best play as players are much looser and more passive. If you're going to raise PF, make it closer to 3BB so you don't commit as much, and you have to fold to the raise. You got pretty much the perfect flop and you still hate your position. Once you get to the flop though, you have to put it all in.

Id limp in PF. Fold to any signifcant raise PF.
In early(iest) position at a full table early in the SNG with a small/medium pair(22-99), you want to see the chop cheaply and hope to hit a set.
