On another note, I was hoping someone could explain High Stakes math to me. Late in the episode, Antonius (6/3 clubs)and Ivey (Ace/7) tango in a hand. The flop is 9-7-2 w/ 2 spades. The turn is an Ace, giving Ivey aces up. Isn't Antonius drawing dead here? I'm watching the episode again now (I DVRed it) and they say Antonius is 18% to win. I don't get the math. All in all, a decent season from HSP, I can't wait for the next one!

i just watched it. good episode. and Daniel N. totally weirded me out with his sandwich talk and then he throws in some new york style white boy hip hop talk wtf [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img] and wtf is up with daniel N. hair? could it be more obvious he is trying to maximize volume with what few strands he has left, lmfao. he looks like an idiot. ok. thanks for listening.

things we have learned this season: benyamine is fat, daniel N is even more annoying than previously believed, patrick antonius like to show off his sunburned chest, antonio esfandiari is a certified pimp, and brad booth does indeed speak like a canadian typically would.

Ok episode, IMO: less talk about mind-numbing drivel and MORE hands. Echoing som1 from above, even if they are inconsequencial...show it all plz. Thoughts:

-Aba played great again, contrary to the masses I actually liked his fold of the AQ off to PA for a few reasons. 1) His hand is not well disguised, 2)Even if he had the best hand preflop he wouldn't win a lot of $$$ with it and 3)Even if he IMPROVED this hand he couldn't win a big pot against PA with it. All in all, a solid fold and find a better spot situation IMO.

-Now his 3rd raise preflop w/ the AQ was another great play. It was all about who his opponents were and his projected image there. Benyamine and Ivey are 2 of the biggest gamblers @ the table. They are capable of anything, hell, Benyamine showed down J2off @ the beginning for that big pot. But him being the unknown factor that he is to them was his biggest asset in that spot.

-Ivey eating the lil fruit cup/parfait/pudding(w/e the hell it was)=Priceless

Season Grade- C (pts off b/c of the shortness of the season mostly but I just came away unfulfilled as with most things lately, I'm gettin jaded)
