If you honestly plan to pay taxes on it than you can claim it either way. Somehow I doubt the emergency in your text is live.

I've got 2 wins of 5 bucks each (and I screwed up and logged in to late during the day to cash in on a 30 buck win - ugh).
HOW TO FIND OUT IF YOU GOT PAID..... go to "cashier" - check "history" and if you got paid, it shows up there. I've gotten paid on both of my 5's.

PS - I called support, they nicely told me that I'll get my 300 bucks for playing everyday in Dec....and it will arrive on 1/5/2006...not sure why it will take so long to caluculate that, but I'm sure they'll make me pester them in order to collect....
