I guess my question isn't so much am I ahead, but is this worth the risk so deepstacked? Even if I knew I was a 60/40 favorite, I'm not so sure I beat villain into the pot. This would be a HUGE pot and potentially huge variance. I lean towards folding here because despite having statistical odds to call for this one hand, my edge over this player is so big that I believe I can find a better spot. Is this the wrong approach?

This is why we have bankrolls. You should take every edge you get, however slim, you can always rebuy. Just keep in mind the rake though.
