Default Two people playing poker on same network?

A poker friend plays on the same site you do. Both of you open your laptops and start playing on the same network without being at the same tables. Would this be enough for a poker site to freeze your account?

This has never happened to me its just a question.

I used to do this with a friend all the time (on the party network). So long as your not at the same tables, I don't see the problem.

My son and I play on Stars on the same home network all the time -- different games and tables -- never a problem.

My brother plays on full tilt and I want to play on full tilt as well... do you think that it would be possible for me to get rakeback as well?
