How are stack sizes even remotely close to being good for a preflop shove? Shoving preflop here is awful, shoving here on the flop is automatic.

Well it's a bluff right. Shove is 3.5x pot. You're basically commiting to shove any flop. I dunno, I'm not a huge fan of the squeeze at the lower stakes I play but that's what I would do

I would probably make it 14-15k PF. And yeah, when you flop a pair, this is a turbo shove. It's not "Oh no, I have Q8 and the flop is AK3." You have a hand that can improve if you're beaten, and you may be ahead.

by the way its not about you having a hand its them having to call against the odds with their hand

if you gonna raise it to 15k they gonna have to call 12k for a 22k pot
putting in 1/3th of their stack
they cant call that with a marginal hand its not EV+
