Matt and I are working through the second pass of final edits and hope to be done sometime in the next week or so. After that we'll re-submit to Mason and get together with him on what else, if anything, needs to be done. Depending on what we all come up with, you're probably looking at like June or July. It really depends though. No worries, we'll keep you posted here.

Says the guy who joined a month ago. Seriously there, pardner, slow down a tad.

That said, I think we're living in poker's golden age. There's more information available, it's easier to get good information, and new players can become good players quicker, than any other time in poker history.

Some scientists are now saying that it is possible that there is life outside 2+2. One of the many implications is that it is possible to read poker books even though you aren't active in 2+2 forums, and therefore it is in fact possible to tire of poker books and long for new ones even though you only recently joined 2+2. I'll keep you posted on the many, new developments within this brand new paradigm - especially the mind-boggling idea that some poker players who aren't even registered at 2+2 might not be the uber-donks that 2+2'ers take them to be. You may need to sit down for this one, but some of these bizarre and alien life forms are reported to read poker literature, think about their game and discuss it with their poker playing friends - even debating poker using other forums than this one!

Cheers,

Smurf

They say Doyle Brunson got to be a willing player before 2+2. You can belive that if you want to, but frankly I think it's a lot of nonsense.

WOW really?? When did they discover this?
Still, it is only a theory, they have yet to prove this.

They also discovered that number of posts doesn't always represent one's experience/skill level. Crazy, right?!
