It looks like it's a collective database, and therefore banned by most sites.

Insight-PokerHound is Not a collective database. It on Poker Stars list of accepted programs at:

it is a good program to an extent, playing strictly by what it says to do will not make you a profitable player, but you can use bits of what it tells you and bits of what you already know and make good money with it's assistance... I use it just to keep me from playing loose pre-flop, but after the flop i find it next to worthless... (other than figuring pot odds for you)

Have you tried using its external stats. They show you how your opponent has played previous hands at each stage. I find that feature very usefull for post flop.
