I tend to think that if someone can bluff for $300-$400, why would they risk double that for the same result? Perhpas he's trying to setup some kind of meta game early with you, but in general this is a fold almost 100% to me. I'd need a better read, for instance, knowing this guy is creating an odd risk/reward ratio for himself, to start calling here.
