88 live tourney final table

I have 400k stack in the final table of a 450 man tourney first pays 10k. Smallest stack probably 100k and biggest 700k.
Blinds are 20k/40k 5k ante. (yes i know great structure)

I am utg and see two black eights. Raise, call or fold?
How would things change with a 600k or 300k stack?
