Default NL10 TT flopped set

Been at the table for about 30min, villain seems kinda tight. When he first plays a hand he limps, even AK

MP checks, Hero ?

How do I get most out of this hand, I don't like to check , and get a scare card on river, but I don't want to loose him. I think he got a big hand here since he re raised me pre when he usually limps

I'd probably raise the flop.
I think you gotta bet the turn now.

Why not raise the flop? You don't want him to have something like AhTh and draw out on you. When the pot gets big, stop giving your opponents free cards.
