Default CAZ 60-120, was I in the wrong here?

I open raise AKo UTG and it's folded around to the BB who says "will you give me one back" translation, "let me have ten bucks back and I won't defend" I tell him OK take one back and he says " I've got a strong hand, ace ten, give me two back" at that point I say forget it you'll get nothing back. He calls and the flop comes ace high and he check calls all 3 streets only to show the ATo and call me greedy. Am I greedy?

This game has a 6/12 chip structure? I hate that... I'd honestly rather them go with $25 chips and $10 chips than a 6/12...

Unless the guy looks like this, I wouldn't budge.

Yuck. I have never seen this structure. 60-120 normally as 40-60 blinds with $20 chips. If they don't have $20 chips an old structure was 60-125. It had th eproblem of having to have 2 color of chips, but the made the upper level 125 so bet only $25 chips there.
