Wouldn't Party start buying advertising before they announced a comeback? if they are coming back....

Anyone know anyone in the marketing business?

They have very little money. In fact, if everyone tried to cash out, BIG PROBLEMS!!!!

I would imagine they would first of all announce it via email to their US customers. I'm not sure if there would be any big deposit bonus's, Party is still ranked number 2 in terms of traffic

If party would come back tommorow, they still have a problem with how to get funds back from US customers.

My initial guess is IGM pay would be in the same boat as the current ACH processors. IGMpay not currently work as they would likely be banned from using the US ACH network. Debit cards work on a random basis. That would leave prepaid debit cards, WU/Moneygram and wire transfers. Hardly an effiecient way to get money into their system.
