Pre-flop I'd push, as you've got a nice bit of FE since he has to call off 1/3 of his stack after raising, and he could VERY easily just be pushing the bubble trying to gain some chips, he has a nice chip stack to do so. If you get called, you have a few calling hands (88-TT?) dominated, and you're racing vs. AQ/AK if he decides to call, he'll likely fold most of the time.

Flop is about as easy a shove as they get, You've got a great flop for Jacks, if he's raising A9/AT he's only hit one of his cards, AQ/AK have missedooks like a standard bet to let you know you're committed. You'll likely have to dodge 6 outs a lot of the time here, but it's an easy push. You want to collect some chips for later on when everyone is relieved to be in the $$ while you're still shooting for the top 3.
