Re: 50NL QQ 6-Max
If I am OOP I like to 4 bet preflop w/ QQ. Pop it to like 15 and see what he does. If he moves in you can probably let it go.

Re: 50NL QQ 6-Max
I reraise sometimes out of position.. not all the time though. If you pop it to 15.. the guy only has 20 more.. can u fold QQ for 20 more after u already got 15 in? That's my problem there.. I'm always like well I'll fold if he shoves.. then he shoves and I'm getting great odds to call because of stack sizes. Button potting it on the flop does give me a little concern.. as your hand being a decent pair.. or big ace is pretty easy to see.. and he's potting that flop.. you beat TT and JJ.. and lose to AA,KK and u beat AK if he's doing it with that. I'm going broke with this hand most of the time with these stack sizes.

[/ QUOTE ] Reraising PF for information (or in general, betting for information) is really really bad. Making it 15 and then folding getting those odds when AK and sometimes JJ/TT will push PF is also pretty bad. I think calling PF is fine, or 3-bet and call a push if you going to be ahead of his range for doing this. Flop play is fine. He probably isn't going to fire again with a worst hand, and he can definitely call with worse. |
