explanation of first sticky
i'm pretty new to the whole rakeback thing. i read the first sticky regarding not requesting rb at those sites mentioned there. can someone explain why those sites are singled out? it seems there is some unknwon information that is not being explained about why certain sites are off limits for discussion.
