10-20 2nd Barrell?
Playing vs Villian on four tables and he's an over aggro [censored]. He knows when to fold but can make some pretty thin calls as well.
I've been playing 35/25. Effective stacks $2,500 Hero is button with A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Villian raises to 70 in MP, hero calls. Ignore this, I feel confident versus him post flop and he raises PF a ton. Flop Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Villian bets $275, hero raises to $700, villian thinks for a bit and calls. Turn 9 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Villian checks, hero bets $850

I think if he's calling the flop raise he's calling the turn bet. The board hasnt fundamentally changed much. Its very possible you could find him going a long ways to look you up with 88 or TT. I just check behind and give up at this point.

If villian held KQ or AQ I would suspect him to play it the same way PF and on the flop.
Do you think he is check/calling or check/raising AQ or KQ here? What about JJ or TT, two hands he may well play like this on the flop also if he see's me as loose post flop, something I think he might though I'm not certain

what hands can villain have that he'll NEVER fold vs. an aggressive donkey like yourself?
i assume his raising range includes AA (6), KK (6), QQ (3), AQ (12), KQ ( 12), QJs (3), QJo? (maybe 1 or 2 combos) QTs (3), 4x (prob 2-4 combos). Of those hands he'll never fold anything better than KQ (41-43) and probably calls w/QJ/QT sometimes and 1 or 2 combos of 99-JJ, so you're looking at prob close to 45-48 combos you're just giving money to on the turn. do u think think ur opponent is gonna fold ~40-42% on the turn (making allowances for u sucking out)? are there 36-39 hands in ur opponent's range that he calls w/ on flop then folds turn? probably not! in isolation probably a bad play, bro. btw, turn bet size sucks. folding equity won't change as you increase from $600-> your value. in fact, it probably goes down.
