Getting stacked overpair v overpair (general)

Im sorry I dont have HH's for examples but this is happening to me alot recently and Im not sure if this is just varience or there is a way to get away from this common situation.

Most hands go something similar to this:
Stack sizes 100-120BB.
Villain raises 3.5BB, I 3bet in with position or from blinds with a hand like TT-QQ. Villain calls.

Flop comes very dry something like 862 rainbow or 722. Some kind of flop where Im not really worried about a set because history with villain and his 3bet calling range.

Scenario 1
I lead flop from the blinds and get raised, either get it all in then or call and then get pushed AI on turn.
Scenario 2
I C/R flop from blinds then push or get pushed turn AI.
Scenario 3
I bet flop with position only to get c/r.
Scenario 4
Villain donk bets flop then I raise.

In almost all scenarios I usually end of getting it all in on flop or turn.
The ranges I put villain on are TPTK (something like AJ, AT pairing tens or J) or an overpair 99-AA.
The problem is I hold TT-QQ often here and find myself getting stacked by an slightly higher overpair. JJ to QQ or QQ to AA etc.

My question is when you put a villain on a range of over pairs in which you are ahead maybe 50% of the time is there a way to avoid/navigate this?
Example you hold QQ and villains range is TT-AA.
