Anyone having problems withdrawing from FT to ePassporte?

I've tried twice in the past two days; the status remains Queued until it disappears and I get a status email saying my withdrawal was voided, even though I didn't authorize it.

no. i cashed out 2k today to epass just fine, took a few hours. did u email them already?
