Default Full Tilt suspends my account

This past week it some how came to Full Tilts attention i was using multiple accounts. They proceded to send me an email that suspended the current account that i was using and informed me that i had to use my primary account which was the account that i first created prolly about 2 years ago. In the email i recieve there is never any real explanation as to why customers are limited to one account, but im sure it has to due with collecting bonuses more than anything else. I am curious to know if anyone in this forum uses multiple accounts on full tilt and if so have you dealt with any consequences? I have threatened to take legal action against full tilt due to the fact that David benyamine, user of more than 4 screen names, and Brian Townsend, who stated in his blog that he had recently switched accounts from Sbrugby to MoneyHungryHoe all hold multiple accounts. Anyway has anyone ever expirienced this type of problem, and what is this forums view on multi-accounting and my current sitiuation? please understand that i had a rakeback deal with Full tilit under the suspended account which will cost me around 10k this year.

Just tell them that you chose to play on fulltilt because of the rakeback and that if you cant have rakeback then youll choose to play elsewhere. Furthermore, mention that the old account was very old and that you would perfer to use your new account instead of your old. Request them to close the old account and deny any possibility of bonuses on your new account.

This worked for me; however, I do generate a lot of rake for them so that might have been part of their consideration to allow me to use my new account.

Good luck.

So your telling me that you were multiaccounting and full tilt let you keep your rakeback account? I have sent them several emails attempting to bargain with them, but the denied me each time.

This happened to me a month ago...

I don't generate a lot of rake for them, and I was cut out of my newer account and lost all my rakeback privileges. I tried to use my new account and close the old one and retain the rakeback, but no luck.

yawn.... get over it Zangieff. The world works differently for different people. Full Tilt obviously thinks that aba and benyamine are more valuable human beings than you. Don't come to an internet forum and cry about it. If you care so much about what FT thinks, put a bullet in your head. Good luck

I'm sure you did it to get rakeback. Just be smarter next time or try and get your current account moved to rb
